And yup, the first song of my Mixpod is this, hah.
Teenagers, well, I think, it's a pretty good song, it gives teenagers some "advice" (in a non-direct way), see the lyrics to understand, lol.
The music video is, well, obviously about teenagers making mishaps like gun violence, drugs, break-ins, etc. See THIS link for more info about the MV.
In my opinion, this song never gets boring, serious here. It's a near-perfect mix of some country rock and alternative rock, which people usually never expect it from MCR. (They're a emo / pop punk band, according to Wikipedia)
